Prince Valiant

We lost our little fella in the late afternoon on  Mother's Day 2006. He was healthy, strong and brave. He lived up to his name and died as a result of a tragic accident. After years of breeding which brings much pleasure along with a great deal of heartache the loss of Prince Valiant is difficult to bear. He got himself tangled in a shawl while we were out in the late afternoon on Mother's Day. He had already found a new home and would have left in two weeks so we are devastated about the loss of a special kitten and the broken heart  of the new owner. Bob and I did not sleep well at all last night and I cannot push back the tears in thinking about our sweet little boy but pray that there is a special place for him with all the other beloved pets who have left us too soon.           Written 5/15/06
